Join this multi-faith time of peace and sharing, sponsored by the Quaker Center, Newman Center Holy Spirit Parish, Church of the Crossroads & Hongwanji Shin Buddhists.
This quarterly-held service rotates its leadership between those sponsors, this time being led by the Quaker Center.

** Is your group planting seeds, delivering food, making masks?
** Do you provide free health services, but you need to pay the electric bill?
** Need $250-$500 for supplies, monthly phone/ internet bills?
** Need Food supplies?
** Priority pandemic considerations
If your project can double results to fill any of these four needs
1) Critical Need (food insecurity, health supplies, shelter)
2) Collaborative efforts w/partnerships (public/private; other groups)
3) Building community (children, kupuna)
4) Small Organizational capacity

Samaritan Counseling Center & Food Bank
Samaritan Counseling Center Hawaii & Food Bank Hawaii Receive TIAH Grant Support!
Aware of the added stress of the Covid19 pandemic to mental health & food insecurity due to unemployment at an all time high, TIAH is pleased to support:
*Samaritan Counseling Center, offering counseling to all with or without insurance, with $ 500 grant.

*Hawaii Food Bank, supported by 200 food partner agencies, provides food to non-profit organizations, houses of worship, delivered meals to kupuna, & emergency food assistance.
TIAH grant support gifted $1000. According to Hawaii Food Bank President, Ron Mizutani, “every $10 donation provides 25 meals.”
